Important information
Please note that the rooms are located in a building complex with 3 hotels from the Meliá chain. Guests booking the Executive King Room will be accommodated at the Brasil 21 Convention hotel. Guests staying at the Brasília Suite or Planalto Suite will be accommodated at the Brasil 21 hotel. Both hotels are less luxurious than the Meliá.
Guests booking any of the remainder rooms will be accommodated at the Meliá hotel.
Check-in hours are from 14:00 on. Guests checking in earlier will be required to pay an additional 50% on that day. Please note that rooms are subject to availability for checking in earlier.
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
