Breakfast is informal but luxurious. Set yourself up for the day with a good breakfast. Choose from: tea, coffee, fruit juice, cereal, toast, homemade jams & muffins together with a range of cooked breakfast options with speciality hot dishes such as: pancakes with bacon/fruit and maple syrup.

Afternoon Tea consists of homemade cakes/muffins together with tea/coffee/hot chocolate/cold drinks served after a day of sightseeing or walking.

We can provide you with a picnic lunch on request.

Evening meals are only available by prior arrangement with the hosts.

Cancellation Policy:		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
