All suites and facilities at Lake Okareka Lodge are only available as a whole package for couples, families or large groups (maximum of 9 guests).
All king-size beds can be split into 2 single beds. You can request your preferred bedding configuration in the Special Request Box at the time of booking. Please note that the bedding configuration is not guaranteed and will be confirmed upon arrival, subject to availability.

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 6 to 11 years are charged NZD 450 per night per person when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged NZD 900 per night per person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is partially refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 12.50 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
