| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged NZD 10 per night and person in a baby cot. One children from 3 to 14 years is charged NZD 40 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged NZD 50 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 12.50 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
