Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 2 to 15 years are charged NZD 15 per night per person for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged NZD 20 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 12.50 % VAT is included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs NZD 9 per person per night.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
