Please note that guests arriving after 21:00 are requested to contact the motel for an after hours' check-in to receive an access code. If this has not been arranged prior to arrival, a NZD $35 surcharge will apply for after-hours assistance.
The motel offers a free airport shuttle service between 07:00 and 21:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 21:00 on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Airport transfers can be arranged outside these hours at an additional surcharge.
Guests requiring airport pick up are requested to call the motel after collecting their bags. If guests require a pickup after 21:00, they should provide their flight details at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that there is a charge for the shuttle after 21:00 hours.
Details of where guests will be met and the access code required to collect the unit key will be emailed to guests after the booking has been completed.
