Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged NZD 20 per night per person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged NZD 30 per night per person for extra beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
