Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One further child under 12 years is charged AUD 50 per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged AUD 50 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs AUD 23 per person per night.

Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges are applicable.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

All guest rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, colour TV, radio alarm clock, IDD telephone business desk, refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities.

All bathrooms have combined shower and bath with hair dryers. All windows open, some rooms have a balcony and we also provide self-contained studio apartments.
