The guest facilities at the Reef Retreat include an undercover BBQ and dining area. Weekly BBQ's and open bar are held in peak times. A heated pool and spa, tour desk, beverages for sale in reception.

Palm Cove offers a variety of facilities and activities just a short stroll from The Reef Retreat, fishing at the jetty, sea kayaking, golf course, fitness centre, bicycle hire, tennis and squash courts, animal wild life park, restaurants and bars. There is also an opal display centre. Shop at the boutiques, art galleries and tourist shops on the waterfront at Palm Cove.

Palm Cove is centrally located for all the regions attractions. All tour companies pick up at our accommodation.

Rooms are spacious and stylish. All have a lounge and kitchenette opening onto large private balconies overlooking the pool or tropical gardens. Some rooms are interconnecting to accommodate families with King beds or split singles.

20 minutes drive North of Cairns on the Captain Cook Highway.
From the airport, turn right onto the highway and travel approx 20 minutes. Palm Cove 1km after Clifton Village. Turn right 200 metres past the Tropical Zoo into Vievers Road. Go to the end and turn left at Williams Esplanade, take the next left into Harpa Street. The Reef Retreat is 30 metres along on the right.

All rooms are serviced once during a 5-night stay. Please note that stays of 4 nights or less do not include a service. Clean towels are available upon request from reception on days when the room is not serviced. Rooms can be serviced during stays of 4 nights or less at a surcharge.
