Darley’s Restaurant - Executive Chef Hugh Whitehouse creates modern Australian cuisine which is served in a romantic space, featuring beautiful stained glassed windows, original ornate fire places, crystal chandeliers and offers guests a breathtaking view of the surrounding gardens.
Dinner from 6.30pm from Monday - Saturday and is closed on Sunday.

Orangery Restaurant is open for breakfast daily and Dinner Fri/Sat/Sun night. Reservations are recommended.

The Lounge - Afternoon tea and lunch is served in grand tradition daily and a stylish mahogany bar is the perfect setting for pre-dinner drinks.
All day dining from 10am to 10pm.

Mystic High Tea takes place at weekends from 1 pm to 4 pm and combines a decadent Afternoon Tea with a 20 minute personal tea leaf reading. Bookings are essential.
