Serving over 120 local and international wines, Parlour Bar is also the place to enjoy classic cocktails. Savour traditional Spanish tapas with a modern Australian twist and desserts till early hours of the morning.

Seasonal Australian specials are served in a contemporary, colourful space designed by renowned designers. This unique restaurant comes with two outdoor terraces and an open kitchen with views of the wood-burning oven & grill, vaulted ceilings, black wood tables and colourful tableware. Guests can also enjoy a variety of specialty cocktails, beverages and wines, which have been selected to complement the menu.
