* Coco's Breakfast - Casual hot and cold buffet options plus the hotel's signature omelette and eggs that Chefs prepare to guests liking and specifications. Daily from 6.00am.
* Coco's Sunday Brunch - This informal dining affair allows guests to sit back, relax and indulge in Cairns' best local fare. Held every second Sunday from 11.30am.
* Children's menu - The Mirvac Mates menu has been specially designed to ensure the little ones can experience 5 star food with a playful flair. Available daily 11am til 10.30pm.
* Coco's Lunch - Choose from a large selection of dishes sure to accommodate a relaxed dining experience. Open from 11am til 6pm daily.
* Coco's Dinner - Enjoy the deliciously decadent evening buffet that varies regularly, or choose from our extensive a la carte menu. Open from 6.30pm.
