Please note that a credit card pre-authorisation or cash surety is required to cover the cost of accommodation plus AUD 100 (credit card) or AUD 150 (cash) per night for incidentals. If providing a cash surety, please allow an additional 15 minutes for check-out process.
Pre-authorisation is a business practice of holding/freezing a specified amount on a credit card making the amount unavailable to the cardholder until either the account is settled, or the hold releases. In the case of credit cards, authorisation holds may last up to 10 days (depending on the issuing bank) after which time the authorisation will release (thus rendering the balance available again to the cardholder).
Please note that children cannot be accommodated in the Standard Double or Twin Room.
