The Royal Sands beachfront hotel, in central Cancun, is next to Kukulcan Plaza Shopping Centre. It offers outdoor pools, a gym, spa and tennis courts. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and a balcony with sea views.

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking (See Hotel Policies). This will appear under the name of Royal Club Vacations. One registered guest in each villa must be at least 25 years of age and willing to accept responsibility for the actions of all villa occupants.
Please note that guests staying on a Saturday night may need to change rooms. The hotel will work to avoid this scenario, but when necessary, management will work directly with guests to streamline this process.
