Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
-No children will be allowed from May 21 - 26, 2009, as the hotel has a special adult event; during this time, they recommend their sister hotel, the Gran Melia Cancun.
Please note: A guarantee of rate protection if clients have to rebook due to an official announcement of hurricane. In addition, the hotel will protect the rate and promotion booked for return travel back to the hotel within 12 months of cancellation (or time of reopening if the hotel is closed). Rate protection is not valid for arrivals from 12/20/08 thru 4/15/09.
Refunds will be issued for unused nights of those clients that will need to evacuate the hotel in event of an official hurricane announcement
Restrictions:
-Return travel must be booked within 30 days of the original departure date.
-Return travel must also be booked directly with the hotel noting on the fax “HURRICANE POLICY”
-Rate only guaranteed for # of original nights booked. (Any additional nights will be booked at the prevailing rate)
-Rate guarantee applies to the original number of guests traveling. (Any additional guests will be booked at the prevailing rate)
