Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of CAD 30.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged CAD 15.00 per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15.5 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CAD 8.00 per day.
Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
