The Novations rooms are recently renovated, are located on the higher floors of the hotel and are exclusively non-smoking. All Novations are equipped with a large King size bed, private in-room safe, comfortable barrel chairs, radio alarm clocks with MP3 hook-up, a well lit bathroom with a large walk-in shower in addition to the amenities in the classic rooms.

Food & beverage
The Cafe Nicole restaurant and bar is located at the lobby level and serves international favorites from 06:00 to 22:00. The buffet breakfast is one of the best in the city and serves more than 14 kinds of breads, alongside traditional favorites.
The bar is a great place to unwind with friends while catching a live game on the large-screen TV.
In the summer months, the outdoor patio is the perfect place for our barbecue lunches and dinners where the chef's surprises are enough to say Bon Apetit.
During the day, guests can also order from the room service menu from the privacy of their own room.

- Take the 401 west and exit on Hurontario street South.
- After Burnhamthorpe, take the next right on Matthews gate and come around the bend to the hotel entrance on your right.
By Car (from the city centre):
- Follow Gardiner to the QEW west and exit on Hurontario North.
- After Elm drive, take a left on Matthews Gate and come around the bend to the hotel entrance on your right.
By Car (from Niagara Falls):
- Take the QEW East and exit on to Hurontario North. Keep going north until you reach Matthews Gate (3 traffic lights after Dundas). Turn left on Matthews Gate and come around the bend to the hotel entrance on the right.
