| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Up to two children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All further older children or adults are charged CAD 15 per night per person when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged CAD 15 per night in an extra bed. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14.24 % Tax is not included.
