Important information
Oasis Beach Tower offers a free shuttle bus to Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa for guests to use the beach and pool facilities free of charge. Must be booked in advance.
A building in front of Oasis Beach Tower is in the process of being demolished. Currently there are 2 cranes on the western edge of the site, dislodging the structure. The demolition site is visible from the entrance and apartments facing the Arabian Gulf. The demolition work is taking place predominantly during daylight hours and there is noise disturbance.
At present it is difficult to gauge the completion of this project. The site is managed entirely independently with no involvement from Jebel Ali International Hotels. Jebel Ali International Hotels will update as and when necessary.
The construction of Al Fattan House (offices) on the site located behind Oasis Beach Tower, facing Dubai Marina, is nearing its 7th floor. Noise disturbance can usually only be heard when guests are using the external Oasis Beach Tower pool deck, and predominately within day light hours. The construction work is now fully visible from the pool deck and public areas but there are only very limited views of it from the apartments. Jebel Ali International Hotels will update as and when necessary.
In our efforts to continuously upgrade our services and the facilities offered to your clients, we are delighted to advise that that Oasis Beach Tower is currently in the process of developing the new all day dining restaurant Thyme. Handover is due on the 1 July 2009.
The restaurant will feature a Mediterranean theme and will be situated in the shopping area which connects the Oasis Beach Tower and Al Fattan Marine Tower. Further details will be advised in due course.
Development of the restaurant is on going but as the site is completely screened off, it cannot be seen and minimal noise disturbance is anticipated for guests.
In the meantime, the independently-managed and very successful Frankie’s Italian Bar & Grill, Wagamama and Mai Tai Lounge by Trader Vic’s, continue to operate in the Oasis Beach Tower.
State of the art conference and meeting facilities are due for handover on the 1 July 2009 primarily located on the second floor of the Oasis Beach Tower. As always, we will strive to allocate guests in higher floors wherever possible so that disturbance may be limited
