Beach Rotana Hotel & Towers is located in the heart of the city's business and shopping districts. It has its own stretch of white beach in the Tourist Club Area on the shores of the Arabian Sea. Just 30 minutes from the Abu Dhabi International Airport and 90 minutes from Dubai International Airport. A big shopping mall is attached to the hotel. Close to Abu Dhabi World Trade Center and the Heritage Village, approximately within 10 minutes drive.

For guests checking into the Classic Studio or Classic Suite, please use the following directions to reach the Beach Rotana Suites entrance.

For guests being dropped off:

- Take the first right immediately before the traffic lights leading to the main entrance of the Abu Dhabi Mall.
- Drive straight to the Beach Rotana Suites drop off area at the far end of the street.

For guests who are driving:

- Drive past the Abu Dhabi Mall, and take the second right leading to the Abu Dhabi Mall parking.
- Turn right at the end of the slope.
- Take the second right, and follow the Beach Rotana Suites signage leading to the Basement Level One car park.
- The glass doors mark the entrance of the Beach Rotana Suites.
