For Al Waha Room types and Al Bandar Room types, please note the following:
- Children of registered hotel guests under the age of 12 can enjoy complimentary buffet meals when dining with parents (max 2 children).
- Please note we cannot accommodate both an extra bed and a cot in any of the guest rooms only one or the other.

Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.
Please note that in keeping with the privacy and exclusivity of the hotel's facilities, the Al Husn room type does not cater to children under the age of 18 years. For families with children under the age of 18, we recommend the Al Waha and the Al Bandar room type.
Please note that there is a mandatory gala dinner on 31th December 2012. Costs are 114.66 OMR per adult and 57.33 OMR per child at Al Waha & Bandar, and 140 OMR per person at Al Husn.
