| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 13 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 12 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. 10 % service charge per stay is not included. 8 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs USD 3.00 per 30 minutes. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
