There are 5 rooms, all of which are double rooms. There is one room situated on the ground floor, which is suitable for disabled guests, wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility. This room is available by prior request, subject to availability.
All of the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Each room features quality furnishings and is dressed in attractive bed linen. All of the rooms offer charming, thoughtful little extras, such as mini-coolers and soft, fluffy luxury bath sheets.

Torquay is situated in the heart of glorious South Devon, in the area known as the English Riviera, which offers something for everyone, whatever your taste. Torquay's waterfront is the focus of life in the town. Here you will find the town’s palm-lined promenade, the seafront gardens, a lively harbour and an international marina.

Torquay has everything, from one of Devon's biggest nightclubs to cosy intimate restaurants. The area also offers a wealth of other nighttime activities, including a 9-screen multiplex cinema.

Travel information
By Train/Coach:
If you are arriving in Torquay by train or coach, Kingston House offers a transfer service from and to the town’s train and coach stations. Contact Kingston House directly for further information, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email. Please contact Will or Jo at Kingston House, at least 24 hours in advance, in order to take advantage of the transfer service. Arrangements can then be made for you to be picked up from the station and brought directly to Kingston House. A transfer service to the station is also available for departing guests.
By Car (from the M5 motorway):
- Exit the M5 onto the A38, following the signs for Torquay/Plymouth.
- After approximately 3 - 4 miles (5 – 6.5 km), take the left-hand lane to Torquay on the A380.
- Stay on this road until you reach Newton Abbot.
- At the Penn Inn roundabout, continue straight over following the signs for Torquay/Paignton.
- At the next roundabout, take the A3022, signposted towards Torquay.
- Continue on this road through 4 sets of traffic lights.
- At the 5th set of traffic lights (by Torre railway station and Halfords), take the right-hand fork into Avenue Road, signposted Seafront.
- Kingston House is approximately 500 metres further down, on the left-hand side.
