From our country house hotel by the sea, the only thing we overlook is the bay.

Our spectacular clifftop location offers a 180 degree sea view over Carlyon Bay. Set in award-winning gardens, this privately owned hotel is family-run and has the cosy ambience of a country house by the sea. We offer an ideal base base for exploring Cornwall's many attractions. The South West Coastal Path is just yards from the hotel entrance and you can walk for miles along the coastline.

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 45 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5 per night per person for cots.
All children from 3 to 14 years are charged GBP 25 per night per person for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged GBP 40 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 45 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
