Upon booking, your payment will be processed by The Palace Hotel (not Glenavon). All card payments will be subject to an additional charge of 3% (minimum surcharge of GBP 4). There is no charge for Delta or Maestro domestic.

You must give Glenavon your estimated time of arrival. If you do not do this, there may not be anyone at Glenavon to let you in straight away.

Outside standard arrival times, keys may be collected from The Palace Hotel (during their opening hours) on production of your booking form and photo ID.

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.
