The hotel's Sea View Restaurant offers fresh seafood, steaks and traditional Scottish cuisine. The cosy guest lounge features an open fire.

The Braeval Hotel is small sea view hotel with a popular Lounge Bar. The hotel is re-knowned locally for good bar food, sea food and a wide range of Real Ales. The hotel has 8 comfortable bedrooms, offering single, double and family accommodation. Some bedrooms have sea views.

The Conservatory has wonderful views of the Moray Firth. Bottlenose Dolphins have often been spotted offshore by guests in the Conservatory. The hotel has a large decked Beer Garden. In addition to the Lounge Bar and Conservatory dining areas, the hotel has a 25 seat Restaurant available for private functions and small weddings.

Bedrooms are recently refurbished. Some have sea views. All bedrooms are en suite with heated towel rails. Bedrooms have tea/coffee making facilities, radio alarms, remote control colour TV, hairdryer and WiFi access.

Bar Meals are served daily in the Lounge Bar and Sea View Conservatory. During the Spring and Summer, their is an excellent choice of Sea Food also available. Meals are served 12 - 2.30 pm and 5 - 9pm daily.

Nairn is a small seaside fishing town on the Moray Firth coast 16 miles from Inverness. A popular holiday destination since Victorian times, Nairn has long, wide sandy beaches, riverside walks and a pretty harbour.

Nairn is an ideal base for exploring the Highlands of Scotland. Within an hour's drive are Cawdor Castle, Brodie Castle, Culloden Battlefield, Fort George, Loch Ness, Castle Urquhart, Culbin Forest, the Cairngorms National Park, Cairngorm Mountain Railway, the Strathspey Steam Railway, Ballindalloch Castle, Elgin Cathedral and the Whisky Trail.

Nairn is a centre of golfing excellence with two 18 hole championship links courses - the Nairn Golf Club and Nairn Dunbar Golf Club which between them have staged the 1999 Walker Cup in 1999, Scottish Ladies' and Girls' Championships, Scottish Men's Championship, British Ladies' Championship, the Amateur Championship, the Vagliano, Jacques Eglise Trophy and the Northern Open. Nairn Golf Club is due to host the Curtis Cup in 2012.

By Air: Inverness Airport is 15 miles from Nairn.Exit airport onto A96 Aberdeen.

By Train: Nairn Train Station is on direct rail routes from Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh. The hotel is 5 minutes by car from the station. Taxis are available at the station.

By Car: Take A96 to Nairn, proceed to mini-roundabout. If travelling from Inverness, turn left at roundabout onto Marine Road, hotel is 200 yds on left. From Aberdeen: proceed across mini-roundabout to Marine Road, hotel is 200 yds on left.
