By Car
From Edinburgh Airport,
- Follow the directions to the city bypass.
- As you approach the main roundabout accessing the bypass ensure that you stay in the lane for the city bypass ‘south’.
- Once on the bypass, continue heading south until the Lasswade exit.
- On exiting the bypass turn left following the directions for Liberton.
- Drive straight over the next 2 mini roundabouts until reaching a set of traffic lights at a crossroad.
- Drive straight through the junction.
- Northfield House Hotel is less than 200 metres along the road on the right-hand side.
By Bus
From Edinburgh Airport:
A regular bus service operates from the airport into the city centre. A regular service by Lothian Buses (number 31) operates from Edinburgh city centre and stops directly outside the hotel. The number 31 bus-stops are located on the shopping side of Princes Street. The journey from the city centre takes around 15 to 20 minutes. Exit the bus at the stop immediately after Liberton Hospital and you will find yourself in front of the Northfield House Hotel.
