Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10 per night per person for cots.
All children from 2 to 16 years are charged GBP 29 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs GBP 4.30 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.


The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
