Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5 per night per person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
