Superb 4 star accommodation that is warm and welcoming with tasteful surroundings. All rooms are non smoking with en-suite shower facilities. Some rooms have king , super-king, four-poster or sleigh beds.

By Car:
From the South:
- Take the A68 or A702.

From the North:
-Take the A9 then the M90.

From the West:
- Take the M8 motorway.
- Follow signs for 'Leith'. The guest house is situated overlooking 'Leith Links Park'.

By Bus:
From Waverly train station, the bus station and the city centre, take bus number 12 or 25. Tickets are GBP 1 or GBP 2.50 for an All Day Saver ticket (available at reception).

Sandaig Guest House request that, when booking, you provide an arrival time and a contact telephone number (mobile preferred). This is because the guest house is not staffed 24 hours a day and may need to contact you with an access code.
