Nb's offers rooms as well as apartments. The rooms are nicely decorated and have tea/coffee while some of the apartments, which are located around Edinburgh, feature a kitchen. All rooms have a TV with Freeview channels.

A tasty full Scottish breakfast is served daily at Nb's Guesthouse, and lighter continental options are also available.

Nb's is located where many restaurants, bars and theatres can be found. Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle are a 20-minute walk away and there are excellent public transport links outside the guest house.

Nb's was awarded a 4-star diamond award by the prestigious Automobile Association (AA) Accommodation Guide. The accommodation is considered to be excellent by a number of guests, many of whom have returned many times.

The house does not have any left-luggage facilities, but the bus outside takes you straight to Waverley Train Station or the main bus station, where there are left-luggage lockers and holds. The staff will help you with this to make it as easy as possible for you.

All the team are very friendly and will do their utmost to ensure you have the best stay possible in this warm and friendly guest house.

The guest house is set within a Victorian building with lots of character, but it has been modernised to today's standards.

The decor is modern and warm and the beds are all new with deep-sprung mattresses to ensure a wonderful night's sleep. The window blinds are black-out lined too.

The en suite shower rooms are quite small and are only designed for one person at a time!

Due to road traffic, the rooms at the front of the house can be a little noisier than those at the back. However, there is not much traffic at night.

Due to the age of the building, please note that some rooms are not very large. If you need a quieter room, please request this when booking and Nb's shall do their best to provide this.

A cooked and continental breakfast is served from 07:45 to 08:45. However, if you would like a longer lie-in, a continental breakfast can be brought to your room. If you like to rise earlier, continental breakfast only is served from 07:30, or a breakfast tray can be arranged the night before if you have an early flight.

The house is situated in a residential area adjacent to Lothian road - a district of Edinburgh that is home to a number of restaurants, bars, hotels and theatres. It is also very close to public transport.
