Room information
Each of the rooms, ranging from a stylish single room to a spacious four-poster room, is decorated and furnished in an impressive, welcoming and relaxing fashion. Guests here often comment on the home away from home atmosphere, and it's those little extras that help to contribute to the ambience.
The beds are comfortable with white cotton bed linen, vibrant throws and cushions. Some of the en suite bathrooms are new with stone floors and plush new shower units, others are slightly older, but all are clean and smart with aromatherapy toiletries, plump white towels and waffle-effect bathrobes. Some rooms are also equipped with a DVD and VCR players.

Food & beverage
The dining room throws open its doors each day for The Claremont's highly acclaimed breakfasts. A room of large proportions, tastefully decorated, including an original Victorian fireplace, it provides the backdrop for a relaxing breakfast surrounded by the work of local artists - replaced every quarter, to prevent regular guests from becoming bored! Whether you crave an immaculately cooked and presented full English, a vegetarian option, or something a little fishy, you will enjoy your Claremont breakfast experience.
For other meals, The Claremont is right in the middle of a city that has more restaurants per person than London, so there is a huge amount of choice within walking, bus, taxi or even Tuc Tuc distance!
