Food & beverage
Menzies Hotels have introduced their own brand of modern and sophisticated restaurants, called the Brasserie. The restaurant has an ambience that is light and airy, and yet stylish, sophisticated and chic. The flexible menus are designed for taste, interest and enjoyment. You may have starters as main courses and the restaurant offers both a fixed-price menu and an à la carte menu for both lunch and dinner. With the emphasis on quality and choice, the restaurant’s head chef has produced an imaginative menu, with dishes ranging from classic British favourites to specialities inspired by the finest continental cuisine. Every Sunday, the hotel offers a traditional English roast Sunday lunch.
