The Windsor's central location makes it an ideal place to explore this World Heritage city on foot, ideally situated for visiting the Roman Baths, exploring the Abbey, relaxing in the Thermae Bath Spa or discovering the streets once walked by Jane Austen. The city is full of museums and shops, with an excellent range of restaurants just minutes from the door. Bus and railway stations are both within easy walking distance.
For those wishing to venture further afield Bath also provides an ideal base from which to visit such places such as Stonehenge, Cheddar Gorge, Salisbury Cathedral, the Cotswolds and the many historic houses in and around the area.

Travel information
By Car:
From the East and North:
- Exit the M4 at Junction 18. Follow the A46 towards Bath.
- After about 12 km take the A4 towards the city for about 1.5 km where you should turn left into the A36 towards Warminster.
- Drive about 500 m until you reach a mini-roundabout. Turn right and take the next filter lane on the right which takes you into Great Pulteney Street.
- The guest house is in the third block on your left at number 69.
By Train:
Bath Spa railway station is easily reached from London's Paddington Station.
By Air:
Bristol Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car.
