The restaurant is designed to create a tranquil setting for a pleasant relaxing meal. There is something to suit all from the vast range of dishes available. The menu changes daily.

The indoor pool (open all year round) is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day spent walking, shopping or sightseeing. The lake is right outside the front door, from which you can catch a boat across to Bowness on Windermere. The shops of Ambleside are a 10 minute stroll away. Ambleside is right in the heart of the English Lake District, situated at the northern tip of Windermere, England's longest lake. Whilst in Ambleside, why not explore some of the many shops, or visit Bridge House, a National Trust property and probably one of the most photographed buildings in the Lake District.

By Road
If you're travelling from the South, leave the M6 Junction 36 and follow the A590, then A591 towards Kendal and Windermere. The Regent is 3 miles north of Windermere. Just as you enter Ambleside (left at the Traffic Lights - on your right by the Lake.)

If you're coming from the North, leave the M6 at Junction 40 and take the A66 to Keswick, then the A591 to Ambleside, with the hotel just to the south of the town
