Owned, managed and developed by the Pette family since 1984, this hotel is convenient for Walsall, Sutton Coldfield, Brownhills, Lichfield, Cannock and all areas North of Birmingham.

Travel information

From Junction 7, m6 (10 - 15 minutes). Leave at junction 7 and take the a34 towards Birmingham. After 3/10 mile proceed through the pelican crossing and past 'Machine Mart' to the first major traffic lights. Turn left at the lights signposted 'Sutton Coldfield and Lichfield b4149'. Continue along this road (becomes a4041) straight across 3 roundabouts each time following the signs for 'Lichfield/Brownhills' and ignoring any signs to 'Aldridge' at 4th roundabout (Shell garage). Turn left onto a452 signposted 'Brownhills'. Remain on this road until you leave the built area and speed restriction for the first time, continue under the railway bridge and take 2nd left at Porsche Garage 'a454 to Aldridge'. Entrance to Fairlawns is 400m on the right.

Fairlawns fitness facilities are exclusive for adults; children only have access between the hours of 14:00 and 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.

As the Fairlawns restaurant is a 2 rosette restaurant is and very popular, please pre-book meals to avoid disappointment.

A deposit amounting to the first nights stay will be charged by the hotel prior to your reservation.
