This Grade II listed building dates back to 1706 and is located in the beautiful village of Betws yn Rhos.

Ffarm Country House is set in set in 2 acres of grounds and is ideal for all types of stay. All rooms have a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, robes, slippers and an en suite bathroom.

There is a village pub 4 minutes’ walk away, and walking, golf, shooting, fishing, climbing, tennis, dry-slope skiing and sailing can be enjoyed in the local area. There are also castles and historic houses to explore.

Room information

Only Luxury rooms can accommodate twin beds. Also, they are the only rooms which can accommodate an extra z-bed.

There is only one ground-floor bedroom.

Travel information

By Car
- Leave the A55 at junction 24.
- Go to Abergele town centre and turn left at the traffic lights onto the A548.
- After approximately 3 miles, turn right on the B5381 signposted Betws yn Rhos.
- Go through the centre of the village and pass the church, the village school and the village hall (on right).
- Then take a turning on your left, up a small village lane.
- Take the second left turn.
- You will see sign at the entrance to the house.

Important information

The restaurant only offers dinner on Friday and Saturday (by prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50.00 will be charged.
