The rooms are very comfortable and have an elegant decor and furnishings. Most of the rooms overlook the marina, castle and sea. The roof also has a lovely bar, which has the same spectacular view.

Breakfast is open buffet and is served inside and dinner is served on the roof of the hotel with a breathtaking views of the sea, city and castle, especially at sunset. The hotel swimming pool is also on the roof.

The property is located right in the middle of the town centre of Kuşadası, a resort town in the province of Aydın on the Aegean coast. The city stands on a bay in the Aegean with the peninsula of Guvercin Ada sticking out into the sea at one end, and the mountain of Kaz Dağı behind.
