Misafir Evi

This boutique hotel is a tranquil, relaxed retreat serving traditional organic food, situated in the hamlet of Keçiler, Kayaköy village, near Fethiye.

Misafir Evi offers you the chance to unwind amid a homely atmosphere and a beautiful landscape, with a selection of comfortable rooms, a lush garden and a swimming pool.

During the summer you can enjoy evening meals beside the pool, whilst in the winter you can move indoors to the attractive restaurant. All meals have a traditional theme and are prepared using the most locally produced ingredients.

Misafir Evi offers you 4 rooms at garden level, surrounding the the lobby area. There are also another 5 rooms upstairs.

All the rooms offer natural comforts and a cosy atmosphere.

Misafir Evi uses only seasonal organic fruit and vegetables from its own gardens, as well as those ingredients which it purchases from local villagers’ gardens.

The meat comes from local Kayaköy live stock, which is fed on the Kayaköy mountains.

Only extra virgin cold press olive oil is used, which is also produced locally.

Misafir Evi supports local livelihoods through its purchase of village produce. Any organic products which the hotel cannot produce itself are obtained solely from local villagers - even the bread is made using locally wheat and oat flour.

Kayaköy was once called Karmylassos in antiquity (as a Lycian city). It was then known as Levisse until 1923, when the majority of the population was of Greek origin. It is now commonly known as Kaya.

Gemiler beach is the nearest beach, a natural bay and just 8 km away from the village. The beach at Ölüdeniz is 10 km away. Elsewhere, the Hisarönü holiday resort is a 4 km journey.

If you like walking, you can trek along the marked footpaths, or also join in with the guided tours.

You can reach Kayaköy via the mountain road, or the Ovacık road.

By Air:
The nearest airport is Dalaman International Airport (45 km).
