The floors are covered with anti-static Dutch carpet, while the walls are covered with paper from Switzerland. The curtains and blankets are made from raw buldan cloth, which was a popular material in Ottoman times. A fully functional electronic Eurosafe is available in every room. All rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning units, powerful enough to regulate the temperature of an entire house.

In the en suite bathroom, a variety of branded toiletries are available, along with Siemens designer hairdryers. The Italian shower heads offer 4 different water pressure settings, with hydro-massage capabilities. The bathrobes are made up of a Turkish manufactured ecological fabric, while the high-quality towels are made from 100% cotton.
