If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All rooms are individually decorated, comfortable orthopedic beds. Many fittings, including the bed frames are made of ornate wrought iron. The floors are covered with anti-static Dutch carpet, while the walls are covered with paper from Switzerland. The curtains and blankets are made from raw buldan cloth, which was a popular material in Ottoman times. A fully functional electronic Eurosafe is available in every room. All rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning units, powerful enough to regulate the temperature of an entire house.

In the en suite bathroom, a variety of branded toiletries are available, along with Siemens designer hairdryers. The Italian shower heads offer 4 different water pressure settings, with hydro-massage capabilities. The bathrobes are made up of a Turkish manufactured ecological fabric, while the high-quality towels are made from 100% cotton.

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
