Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, 55 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 65 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 8 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
