This 5-star chalet in Zermatt is close to the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers stylish apartments with a unique ski-in and ski-out location, as well as free Wi-Fi access.

Each of Chalet Altesse’s apartments has a balcony or terrace and offers panoramic Matterhorn views. They are all accessible by lift. Bed linen is provided, and towels are changed once a week.

Built from natural stone and wood in modern Alpine style, the Chalet Altesse features top-quality contemporary furnishings and spa facilities, including a Finnish sauna and a steam bath.

The taxi ride from Zermatt station to the chalet and back on your arrival and departure day, the final cleaning, and wood for the fireplace are included in the price. A bottle of wine and a fruit basket on arrival, as well as daily breakfast bread, are also included.

Several services can be organised at an additional cost, including meal deliveries from a restaurant, groceries, laundry, and extra cleaning.

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One older child or adult is charged CHF 50 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 3.6 % VAT is included.
