The hotel serves a buffet breakfast with a wide selection. This includes freshly-pressed orange juice and 15 different sorts of home-made jam. The hotel's chef, who is a trained baker, takes great pleasure in personally baking brioche, butter croissants, flaky pastry, savoury and milk-loaf rolls for you. You don't have to be British to enjoy the 35 different kinds of tea.

The hotel serves local wines from the Valais at the bar and with your meal. The hotel selects wines directly from the vaults of local wine producers.
