The Hotel Berghof Amaranth has a large terraced garden with a solar-heated pool (open mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting) and a children’s playground.

There is a rich daily breakfast buffet. 4-course dinners are served in a cosy atmosphere. Vegetarian food is available on request.

It takes you a 10- to 15-minute walk to reach the Wilderswil train station, from where you can catch a train to the Jungfrau mountain. Interlaken can easily reached by bus. You can get the free pass at the reception of the Berghof Amaranth.

You can park your car for free on site and make use of free Wi-Fi internet access. An internet corner is also at your disposal.

Travel information

By train:
From the Interlaken Ost train station, there are regular connections to Wilderswil. From there, it is about a 20-minute walk to the hotel. From the Interlaken West train station, you can take the bus line 5 to the centre of Wilderswil. From there, it is a 5-minute walk to the hotel.

By plane:
The airports in Basle and Zurich are about 2 hours away by train, Geneva Airport a little longer.
