The hotel has relaxation services, which may prove welcome after a day exploring the village, or skiing. Indulge in a massage or session in the sauna, solarium or fitness room. A Wellness Weekcard costs CHF 20.

The hotel also has a hair salon, children's playground, hotel bar and restaurant. During the summer, there is a terrace and garden outside the restaurant.

No pets allowed.

From an altitude of 3600 metres you can ski on easy to intermediate slopes down to the village. For children, this is an ideal area to learn how to ski.

For ambitious skiers the resort also offers difficult slopes. The slopes are prepared on a daily basis. For the lower parts of the slopes, snow making systems are available. In winter snowboarders can use a snow-park. In summer a half-pipe, boarder-x, jumps etc. are constructed on the glacier.

Saas Grund (3.5km) - North of Saas Fee, Saas Grund offers more ski slopes and hiking trails.

Saas Almagell (6.5km) - The most southerly village in the Saas Valley and a pleasant place to visit in winter or in summer.

By Car (from all directions):
- If travelling by car from the North, come via Bern through the Lötschberg tunnel (car-train),
- From the East, come via the Furka pass (or car-train).
- From the South, come via the Simplon pass.
- From the West, come via Lausanne and through the Rhone valley to Visp.

The Lötschberg car-train from Monday to Thursday:
Kandersteg (on the north side): 06.00 - 22.00 every 30 minutes.

Goppenstein (on the south side): 06.00 - 22.30 every 30 minutes and at 23.30.

From Friday to Sunday as well as in general holidays:
Kandersteg (on the north side): 06.00 - 23.00 every 30 minutes and at 24.00.
Goppenstein (on the south side): 06.00 - 23.30 every 30 minutes.

The Furka tunnel car-train:
From Realp: Daily from 06.30 every 60 minutes until 21.30.
From Oberwald: Daily from 06.00 every 60 minutes until 21.00.
Extra trains run at weekends.

The Simplon tunnel car train:
From Iselle: Daily from 06.05 every 90 minutes until 22.45.
From Brig: Daily from 05.25 every 90 minutes until 22.05

By Train:
- Visitors travelling by train to Brig or Visp should change to the post bus and head towards Saas-Fee.
- There are hourly connections until 20.05 in the evening from Brig and 20.25 from Visp.
- Check your luggage in at your local station and collect it at the bus station at the Saas Valley post offices.
