There is no restaurant in the hotel but a few minutes' walk away there are a lot of restaurants, pizzerias and Grottos (taverns).

By plane
The Lugano-Agno airport and Darwin Airlines guarantee a first class service.

By train
- From northern Europe and the northern and western parts of Switzerland the Lago Maggiore region can be reached by railway line Basel-Milano. If there are no direct connections available, it is necessary to change trains at Bellinzona for direction Locarno.
- With the railway line from Milano-Centrale via Como there are connections to the Ticino from every part of Mediterranean Europe.
