This small B&B in a restored historic building is situated only 50 metres from Locarno's Piazza Grande, above the Fondazione Patrizio Patelli art gallery and the Caffè dell’Arte.

You can enjoy arts and culture in a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms are unique in their design and different from one another.

Wireless internet is available in the entire B&B free of charge. Breakfast is prepared using fresh local products.

Locarno Film Festival, Moon and Stars Festival and Locarno on Ice are held annually at a nearby location.

The Caffè dell’Arte features a large courtyard sheltered by walls and allows one to fully relax whilst sipping an espresso, a creamy cappuccino or a hot chocolate.

The amplitude of the spaces offers the possibility to organize small and large events, business aperitifs, reunions and meetings, private presentations of books, and more. Moreover, it is equipped with a permanent beamer of the highest quality.

The Caffè dell'Arte is located in the heart of the historical centre, offering unforgettable nights in the heart of Locarno.

We offer the possibility to reserve a space inside the permanent “mercatino”, and an exposition place.

Locarno is the principal Swiss resort on Lake Maggiore. The cobbled streets of the old town are artistical and charming. The beautiful Piazza Grande is one of the most attractive places in town. Locarno is an ideal starting point for many trips, whether by boat on Lake Maggiore, or for visiting the romantic and unspoiled valleys of the hinterland.

Travel information

From the train station in Locarno-Muralto:
- Take bus no. 31 or 23 to Piazza Grande
- Go to Via Panigari. The hotel is at the corner of Via Panigari and Via Cittadella.
