The hotel offers a dining room with mountain view, a cosy hotel bar with billiard table, a lobby with an open fireplace combining modern and traditional elements, a children's playroom and a business corner with a meeting room. There is a free Internet terminal and free wireless LAN in the entire building.

The entrance area features a glacier wave and a Corbusier chair. The hotel's driveway, with a waterfall and an "Alpinum", is surrounded by a park and by the natural beauty of the region.

Hotel guests enjoy free use of our AquaWell with indoor pool, panorama Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, steam bath and gym.

All rooms are fully equipped and the hotel offers you a choice of views. You can request the fascinating scenery of mountains and glaciers or of the romantic garden, with its mountain stream.

Every day in the Dining Room, the hotel serves you a 5-course dinner with a large salad buffet. Once a week, a cold and warm Schoenegg-Buffet is also served.

You are also welcome in the traditional English style bar, for a drink or a bowl of homemade potato chips.

Grindelwald Winter Sports Arena - Modern ski lifts will swiftly transport you to a high point, where you will enjoy our wonderful mountain panorama. There are over 70 pistes with a total of 182 km of pure gliding pleasure for beginners and experts alike.

Cycling and hiking - Experience the awe-inspiring mountains of the Bernese Oberland. Diverse trails for hiking and cycling allow you to explore the region to your heart’s content.

Tennis and golf - There are 6 outdoor clay courts at the Mettenberg Tennis Centre, as well as a driving range and a 5 hole golf course.

- From Basle, Geneva or Zürich, take the motorways via Bern to Spiez.

Fast and direct trains run daily to Interlaken from many main cities in Europe. From Interlaken Ost, there is a connecting train to Grindelwald (travel time is approximately 35 minutes).
