The entrance area features a glacier wave and a Corbusier chair. The hotel's driveway, with a waterfall and an "Alpinum", is surrounded by a park and by the natural beauty of the region.

Grindelwald Winter Sports Arena - Modern ski lifts will swiftly transport you to a high point, where you will enjoy our wonderful mountain panorama. There are over 70 pistes with a total of 182 km of pure gliding pleasure for beginners and experts alike.

Cycling and hiking - Experience the awe-inspiring mountains of the Bernese Oberland. Diverse trails for hiking and cycling allow you to explore the region to your heart’s content.

Tennis and golf - There are 6 outdoor clay courts at the Mettenberg Tennis Centre, as well as a driving range and a 5 hole golf course.

Extreme sports - Extreme sports fans can get their adrenaline kick here too. The region is well known for the variety of possibilities on offer, including river rafting, paragliding, hang gliding, sky diving, hydrospeed, house running, zorbing and much more.

By Plane:
The international airports, Zurich-Kloten and Geneva-Cointrin, have connecting trains to Interlaken-Grindelwald. At Bern Belp airport, an airport taxi will take you to the railway station.

By Train:
Fast and direct trains run daily to Interlaken
- From Interlaken Ost, there is a connecting train to Grindelwald (travel time is approximately 35 minutes).
