Our cosy 2 ½-room apartment Bellevue on the second floor of the house “Casagrande” is decorated in the Swiss red and white style and is only 30 metres from the lake promenade.

The romantic, south-facing balcony offers an amazing view of the turquoise waters of Lake Brienz. The rustic-style apartment boasts a very central location in the village, only a few minutes away from the grocery shops, boutiques, restaurants, a bakery, the shipping pier and public transport. There is also a free reserved parking space.

There is an anteroom with a functional kitchen, a south-facing living room with a romantic balcony, a south-facing bedroom with double bed and a separate sleeping place with a French bed.

The traditional carving village of Brienz is located directly on Lake Brienz, in the picturesque Bernese Oberland close to the Jungfrau region and only 45 minutes from Lucerne and Berne. Important information

In the house “Casagrande” there are 2 apartments: Bellevue and Brienzersee. The whole house can also be rented for large families or small groups.

Other arrival and departure times can be arranged.

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged CHF 2.50 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
