Hotel Wannenhorn is located in the centre of Bellwald at 1.600 metres, the highest village in the Valais region. It offers free Wi-Fi, a breakfast buffet and free parking.

Bellwald is the host of the Swiss Downhill Mountain Biking final in summer. The Aletsch ski and hiking area can be easily reached from the Wannenhorn, the cable car is only 20 metres away.

Travel information

Take a train to Brig, this station is served by many trains all day long. From Brig you can get a taxi (20 minute ride) or transfer onto the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn which will take you to the lower part of Bellwald, the Furgangen. From here you take a cable car up to Bellwald.
